Data Solutions, as a part of its standard business process, provides a content and process neutral platform that administers surveys, collects data, and report results. Data Solutions clients commission survey projects and configure our system to meet their specifications. At all times the commissioning client(s) is responsible for data analysis, the use of survey results, and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. Our clients own their data at all times. Data Solutions does not disseminate survey results to non-commissioning clients. Moreover, DSI does not sell, conduct research, publish, or otherwise transfer data outside the company based on commissioned data collection efforts.
We may disclose survey information in the following situations: (a) in response to a subpoena, court order or legal process, to the extent permitted and required by law; (b) to protect user security or the security of other persons, consistent with applicable laws; or; (c) in connection with a sale, joint venture or other transfer to some or all of the assets of Data Solutions International Inc.
Our goal is to adhere to policies that ensure the highest level of confidentiality and security for survey respondents. Each of our employees has signed a statement to uphold confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements that we have with our clients. Additionally, Data Solutions assigns user names and passwords to control survey access and/or administrative rights according to project specifications. Once your data is collected, the information is stored in our database and is used only for the purpose defined by our client. In the event that our client requests that data be returned or destroyed, we would comply immediately.
