In order to provide a secure Internet experience for our customers, all data transmissions over the Internet are encrypted using 128 bit SSL and https (secured hypertext transfer protocol) standards.

To safeguard our Internet infrastructure and collected data, we have implemented Security Practices that consist of employee confidentiality agreements, password management procedures, a facility access protocol, performance monitoring, and periodic audits. Moreover, we have implemented policies and procedures to ensure our customer’s data is secure and protected. In order to provide our customers with an awareness of our governing policies we have constructed a Security Practices document to help explain the following topics:

1. Physical Site Security: describes approach to protect the hosting environment against unauthorized physical access.
2. Security Compliance: describes standards & processes used to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
3. System Access Control: describes approach to protect against unauthorized physical or electronic access.
4. Secure Infrastructure Management: describes approach to manage the security at the system and network level, as well as the on-going monitoring and reporting services to identify potential threats.
5. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: describes the processes and resources used to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster, as well as the redundant power and environmental control systems in the hosting center to ensure high availability, and business continuity.
