We have a close working relationship with a translation company that can provide both transcription and translation services for all global languages or we can work with a client’s chosen provider, including client in-country translators.

Because our system uses a database approach, we initially setup surveys and reports in English and then utilize extract and import utilities to add non-English languages.  This “centralized database” approach makes management of translations very efficient, consistent, and cost effective.
