Administrative access is configured during set-up according to our client’s specifications. The Internet system can be configured to provide differing levels of access based client entitlements and administrative roles and responsibilities. For example, administrative rights can be assigned to a “master” user providing access to an entire project base, a consultant/facilitator may access their clients, and a consulting firms clients may only see their clients, and participants can be provided access to their own status, assessments or reports (if applicable). Moreover, this functionality could be used to enforce distribution of assessments, i.e. make available or unavailable to clients.
The DSI system can also provide Administrative Access that allows our clients and their clients the ability to administer assessments and manage groups/batches of assessment participants. DSI’s system has a “holding bin” functionality that that will stop the process for a participant but retain data collected if the participant decides to re-start. Moreover, clients can simply move participants to another group/batch (training class, assessment event, etc.) without losing completed assessment data.
DSI’s Administrative module also allows for sophisticated “status” inquiries. Searches can be performed using a wide variety of parameters. Below are some of the more common searches
- Group Name (batch/class/event)
- Dates (started on, before, between, etc)
- Participant Names (first, last, partial)
- Various Response Rates (i.e. started assessment but didn’t complete, self complete but no boss, etc.)
- Minimum N’s Met
- Report Processed
