Data Solution’s Content Manager provides consulting firms and organizations a framework to manage and efficiently create surveys using an item bank or “master model” item set. The Content Manager is process and content neutral and is designed to incorporate client item content and processes.
DSI arranges the client item bank content in meaningful groupings to reflect clients’ unique specifications and infrastructure. Items are typically organized by product line/program in item sets. Examples of product lines/programs include performance appraisal, 360-degree feedback, tests, exit interviews, employee engagement surveys, and research or impact programs. Examples of item sets include, core competency models, business unit specific items, function specific items, organizational level specific items, and/or competency/theme items, etc.
To facilitate item selection and to ensure survey integrity validation rules can be setup according to project specifications. As the items are selected, and the survey created, the survey is immediately available for review. And if a client desires, a final “reviewer” can be designated to “sign off” on the survey before it is implemented. Once a survey is submitted the associated data collection process is ready to be implemented.
